Who are we ?

European Balloon Corporation srl is a Belgian company specializing in the management, operation, and development of real estate projects related to the aeronautical and industrial sectors. Represented by Benoît Siméons, it is particularly active in the creation and development of professional spaces adapted to the contemporary needs of SMEs, freelancers, and logistics companies.

Owner of the site located on Rue Mathys in Nimy (7020), European Balloon Corporation srl is leading the project to transform the existing industrial building into a modern, functional and secure complex: Hangar 15.

This project includes the division of the hangar into several storage units of varying sizes, fully renovated, divided and equipped to meet the most demanding professional uses (significant height, sectional doors, accessibility, security, renovated technical infrastructure, etc.).

Based on an entrepreneurial vision and recognized expertise in the management of technical infrastructures, European Balloon Corporation srl guarantees a quality industrial site, well thought out, sustainable and meeting current standards in terms of accessibility, safety and ease of use.
